*We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
🤗Our return policy lasts 90 days. Yes! we did say 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
👌To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
👎We do not accept used intimates.
To complete your return, we request a receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the details, and the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at BRABAR@innerwearbasics.com.
Exchanges -
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BRABAR@innerwearbasics.com
