Marked delivered, but stolen or missing:
File a claim within 5 days of delivery and no later than 30 days after the delivery date.
Presumed lost, with no “Delivered” tracking status: File a claim after 5 days and within 30 days of the last tracking checkpoint.
Damaged in transit: File a claim any time within 30 days of the delivery date.

We prefer returns to be unworn, just as you received them.
