What Is BRABAR?
At BRABAR we aim to help teen girls feel comfortable and confident in their skin while giving them the tools to be themselves. BRABAR strives to encourage girls to recognize that she is her strengths, weaknesses, dreams, passions, accomplishments, failures, and everything in between. Our mission is to help educate girls about wearing bras and help them understand that her body is just one aspect of the amazing, dynamic individual that she is. The truth is thatThere is a strong connection between intimate apparel and how girls feel about themselves. Coming of age opens floodgates of information and emotion for girls. Unrealistic expectations and social media are negatively impacting the psychological development of teen girls. Embarrassment about changing bodies & growing up escalates girls' concerns about body image. BRABAR is not just a bra for teenage girls. We are a destination impacting change by shifting the conversation from body image to comfort, as the foundation of confidence. We achieve comfort through finding the right size bra, proper fit and teaching girls to shop by band size. We are changing the way teens shop for bras! Getting into and wearing a bra that is just the right size is fundamental!

Why Should I Trust You?
As part of my work with BRABAR, I spend my time learning about the questions girls actually have about bras—and turning those questions into answers that are easy to understand, honest, and completely judgment-free. BRABAR is a brand created around a simple idea: you shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed just because you're figuring out your bra size and what works for you. My role is to help make that process a little less confusing. I research and write educational content about everything from finding the right fit to understanding different bra styles, knowing when it might be time for a new size, and dealing with the awkward parts of bra shopping that nobody really talks about. I think about the questions someone might be too embarrassed to ask out loud and make sure there’s an answer waiting for her. I also help create and design content for the BRABAR website, making sure information isn't just accurate, but actually feels approachable and easy to find. Because knowing something is helpful—but knowing where to look for it matters too.
What Have You Learned At BRABAR
One of the biggest things I've learned while working with BRABAR is that there isn't one “right” way to grow up or one perfect bra for everyone. Bodies change. Sizes change. What feels comfortable can change. Your friends might be ready for something before you are, or you might be ready before they are. None of that means you're doing anything wrong. That's why my goal isn't to tell you what you should look like, what size you should be, or what bra you have to wear. It's to give you the information you need to make choices that feel right for you. So if you have a bra question you've been too nervous to ask, you're in the right place. No question is weird, embarrassing, or “too basic.” Think of me as the person who did the Googling for you—so you don't have to figure it all out alone.
